I’ve been through the store cupboards in my kitchen recently and there wasn’t a single herb or smidgeon of spice that could be considered in date. I rarely cook fiddly recipes these days or even bake because of a weird dissociation so out they all went.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clearing out the space felt amazing. All the jars and containers went into the recycling as did a lot of the contents. The black bin isn’t full and neither are my cupboards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I don’t eat tons of ready meals or takeaways I just cook simple foods these days. Simple doesn’t mean tasteless in this house it means easy and that I get to eat something, anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I gave up watching television recently (again) but this time it feels different and last night I got the opportunity to do something for me because the television wasn’t hypnotising me into sitting on the sofa and not moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A bonus to sorting out the cupboards has meant that I can sort out my crockery and that’s been niggling me for ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
